The Marvelous Email!!!

Oh the happiness that comes when you hear from your brother who is half way around the world!! And when you hear that he is genuinely enjoying his tome over there. oh he told me that i was crazy, which i am. He also told me that i should get the male that i am fatally attracted to a and i quote "shin guard so he can chew on it." ha! i totally don't understand it but oh well. he was really good friends with my now liker (kinda like lover but i don't love him). He's a gem. but anyways, Derek now has a roof over his head, made of leaves but still, it is a roof, and the Christmas trees over there are about 2 to 3 feet high. the children are constantly caroling in the streets. he's having a genuinely good time over there!! and i am so happy for him!

Hi, i am alyssa. I am not really named after any one or anything, i guess that my parents just enjoyed the name. i am currently enroled in highschool. Oh it is just so lovely, not really. my grades are suffering. i was doing two swim teams, now im only doing one. thank the heavens for that! i cant do two! ill pick the club team up again when highschool ends. i cant wait for that day. i grew up as any other child might in Utah, going to church every week, attending all of the church activities. i love the church with all of my heart. in 4 short years i will be heading off to a new place while serving the lord. i cant wait! my Brother derek is out there right now. in the phillipeans, hes very home sick, and we are derek sick. we miss him so much. as of yesterday he has been gone for 4 months! it feels like its been so much longer than that.
